Responsibilities
- Automate security checks and security gates within CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead SAST and DAST tool execution, orchestration, vulnerability triage, and false-positive elimination.
- Perform secure coding reviews of complex Java enterprise applications.
- Identify and remediate OWASP Top 10 and other code-level vulnerabilities with developers before production.
- Mentor engineering teams on Java secure coding standards.
- Advise development teams on secure architecture, threat modeling, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in dedicated AppSec or DevSecOps roles.
- Proven Java expertise with deep knowledge of secure coding patterns.
- Hands-on experience with commercial or open-source SAST/DAST platforms.
- Strong threat modeling and manual code review capabilities.
