Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain enterprise identity platforms and directory services for high availability and secure authentication.
- Analyze platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to diagnose recurring structural anomalies.
- Implement API integrations and automation scripts connecting business applications to centralized identity infrastructure.
- Create technical documentation and platform runbooks for identity integration workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to test and validate secure identity protocols.
- Validate identity platform upgrades and security patches in non-production environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or a related field.
- Cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or equivalent certification preferred.
