Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, document, maintain, and execute QA automation tests.
- Create test plans, test scripts, test cases, process documents, and QA standards.
- Perform functional, data-validation, regression, integration, usability, performance, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
- Investigate test results and defects, assess impact, prioritize issues, and drive follow-up work.
- Ensure new functionality meets specifications and releases meet quality standards.
- Convert appropriate test cases into automation tests and maintain automated coverage.
- Participate in Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and other Scrum activities.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout each sprint.
- Use Jira and Confluence to log bugs, track progress, and report test results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA Automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, JavaScript, and Python.
- At least 2 years of QA experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, AEM, DNN, Umbraco, or Drupal.
- Strong technical ability to create and execute test scripts across a wide range of testing scenarios.
- Consumer-facing website testing experience and hands-on cross-browser testing experience.
- Knowledge of test simulation tools; Lambdatest experience is preferred.
- Experience with QA testing in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools is preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
