Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, including EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration.
- Design and build custom clinical workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders by writing code and implementing solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack while coordinating with Engineering and communicating with customers.
- Build tooling, scripts, and automation to make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale.
- Translate customer and field observations into actionable input for Product and Engineering.
- Document solutions, train customers, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in forward deployment, implementation engineering, or a customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software.
- Ability to write code using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other suitable tools.
- Strong working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs, with FHIR and HL7 experience preferred.
- Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems end to end without a playbook.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex integration issues to both technical and clinical stakeholders.
- Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is preferred.
