Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and deploy production AI agents and customer experiences.
- Design prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components end-to-end from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs, co-build solutions with customers and partners, and share enablement practices.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- At least one production system and demonstrated production experience.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Fluency in English and another EMEA language.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Salesforce platform experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, cloud data platform experience, and experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments are preferred.
