Base Salary
$126k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop or use automation tools and scripts to improve product and engineering health.
- Create test plans, conduct test plan reviews, and execute exploratory testing across one or more teams.
- Define test frameworks, preconditions, controls, and reporting functions for software testing.
- Improve or create test infrastructure for test case development, scheduling, and deployment.
- Document, analyze, and drive adoption of quality metrics to assess end-user impact.
- Verify cross-device functionality and user flows beyond individual feature domains.
- Participate in product design reviews to contribute to product design, testability, and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- Preferred: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in specialized testing such as production testing or system integration testing.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
