Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own scalable cross-device test systems and AI-powered test automation.
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote accuracy, testability, efficiency, and coding best practices.
- Create and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Implement solutions in specialized ML areas and contribute to model optimization and data processing using ML infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of software development experience with an advanced degree.
- At least one year of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- At least one year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
