Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, secure AWS solutions for trading, risk, accounting, and reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain UI, business logic, data, integration, ETL, and workflow components.
- Design data, pricing, and accounting feeds and integrate systems using APIs, ETL tools, Kafka, and Java services.
- Translate trade lifecycle management, settlement, and reconciliation workflows into cloud architectures.
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Maintain architecture, process, and workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support testing and maintenance of application layers.
Requirements
- Three or more years of required work experience; five or more years preferred.
- University degree preferred.
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and JPA.
- Experience with AWS, ETL tools, data integration, Terraform, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of accounting systems from Front Office and Middle Office perspectives.
- Experience integrating financial systems and working with Kafka and Java-based services.
- Knowledge of an accounting platform is an advantage.
