Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the AirHub Test Strategy.
- Establish and lead the AirHub Quality Engineering practice.
- Manage contractor test engineers and coordinate client, EPA, and external stakeholder testing resources.
- Own UAT planning, execution governance, defect management, results, and quality exit criteria.
- Establish and mature the automated testing framework and oversee TestRail governance.
- Define release quality metrics and provide testing results and quality criteria for beta and production release decisions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software testing experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise QA or Quality Engineering organizations.
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with TestRail and Agile testing practices.
- Experience leading UAT programs and coordinating business-user testing.
- Experience testing APIs, databases, cloud applications, and integrated enterprise systems.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Federal software delivery is preferred.
