Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and vector databases.
- Implement agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling agents, planners, and executors using AutoGen or similar frameworks.
- Design and expose APIs following OpenAPI and REST specifications.
- Integrate backend AI services with React and JavaScript frontend applications.
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI services in Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Use LangChain to orchestrate prompts, tools, chains, memory, and agents.
- Use LangSmith for prompt/version tracking, LLM tracing, debugging, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Apply prompt engineering practices and maintain reusable prompt libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, observability, and performance of AI systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with OpenAPI or Swagger specifications.
- Working knowledge of React and JavaScript, including frontend and backend API integration.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and building RAG-based applications.
- Knowledge of agentic system design, embeddings, vector search, context management, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and AutoGen or similar agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment.
- Knowledge of protocols such as MCP or A2A.
- Working knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma, or equivalent technologies.
- Working knowledge of graph databases such as Apache AGE or Neo4j.
- Basic knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization, including JWT and OAuth2.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, independent ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Cline is beneficial.
- Basic CI/CD knowledge is a plus.
