Base Salary
$140k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the success of strategic customer accounts by partnering directly with law firm leadership.
- Develop novel AI products and workflows for customers.
- Visit and collaborate with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prototype and integrate AI pipelines, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Mentor future hires and contribute through pairing and code reviews.
- Help shape the company’s engineering culture and influence technical and product decisions.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience at hyper-growth startups.
- Computer science degree from a top university.
- Strong product sense.
- High degree of ownership and ability to operate autonomously.
- Willingness to work in person and collaborate directly with customers.
