Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain entire products and features used by millions of customers.
- Develop solutions to broadly defined problems through hands-on system design and coding.
- Collaborate with engineers on the architecture and design of new and existing systems.
- Drive engineering best practices and overall engineering excellence.
- Deliver high-quality products in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s-level engineering qualification from a tier 1 engineering institute with relevant experience at a top technology company.
- 3–6 years of backend engineering experience.
- Experience with at least one higher-level programming language, preferably Python.
- Django experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data management, and REST API design.
- Machine learning experience in the context of natural language processing is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sound understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and databases.
