Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build plugins, workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET.
- Develop Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Implement cloud integrations using Azure PaaS services.
- Design secure and scalable architectures using RBAC, Managed Identity, and Key Vault.
- Prepare HLD/LLD and technical documentation.
- Support CI/CD, code reviews, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, Web API integrations, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure PaaS, and cloud-based integrations.
- Understanding of Dataverse and the CRM security model.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
