Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure software quality, scalability, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and make decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Develop solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members in technical and professional growth.
- Integrate ServiceNow solutions with enterprise systems and tools.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise designing and implementing scalable software architectures within ServiceNow platforms.
- In-depth understanding of IT operations workflows and automation capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
- Strong influencing, advisory, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
