Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement UI/UX components for Striveworks’ core products.
- Build and style front-end web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, CSS, and component frameworks.
- Integrate REST APIs and back-end services into front-end applications.
- Collaborate with UX designers, data scientists, and software engineers to solve complex product problems.
- Use Git and modern software development workflows to deliver software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another engineering or science discipline, or completion of a software development boot camp, with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, including language fundamentals, asynchronous programming, and modern front-end development practices.
- Familiarity with UI/UX, design patterns, CSS, and component frameworks such as Material UI.
- Experience building React web applications through professional, academic, or personal projects.
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating back-end services into front-end applications.
- US citizenship and eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a US security clearance at the Secret level or above.
- Preferred experience includes software development through personal, academic, or open source projects; GraphQL, Next.js, Node.js, React Query/TanStack, Axios, Context API, styled-components, cloud environments, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD processes, Python, Golang, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Figma.
- An active Secret-or-higher US security clearance is preferred.
