Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, technology choices, and technical direction.
- Oversee delivery of complex projects from concept through production.
- Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote continuous learning.
- Lead product delivery and align technical solutions with business and product goals.
- Drive innovation, AI modernization, and improvements to software engineering and operating practices.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure as code, and engineering toolchains to deliver software.
- Balance short- and long-term product goals while making technical and delivery trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- At least 4 years of software development or engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, including .NET.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or another cloud platform such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and set technical direction.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale projects and making high-stakes technical decisions.
- Previous technical leadership and architectural design experience.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Experience driving results across cross-functional teams and working in complex technical environments.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented approach with the ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
