Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and extend front-end components for portals, custom pages, and web-based experiences integrated with Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot for prototyping, code generation, testing, and refactoring while maintaining security and maintainability.
- Perform peer code reviews, contribute to solution architecture decisions, and improve code quality and delivery standards.
- Communicate technical concepts to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and support developers, including guidance on AI-assisted development practices.
- Follow and help enforce software development lifecycle standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to extend client solutions and support business development efforts.
Requirements
- A two- or four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on .NET and C#.
- Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET.
- Experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
- Experience with Git, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in small agile teams.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Vue, Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools, Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, Azure Functions, Key Vault, messaging, Dataverse plugins, custom workflow assemblies, PCF components, Power Pages, Liquid, REST APIs, Web API, OData, ERP or CRM systems integration, and Power Platform, Azure, or AI certifications.
