Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom Agentic AI services, including RAG and AI-agent solutions.
- Design AI architectures involving orchestration, agent design patterns, MCP, and A2A.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning frontend, backend, cloud, data platforms, and security.
- Integrate multimodal, edge AI, and Physical AI capabilities where appropriate.
- Design and perform AI evaluation, monitoring, tracing, continuous improvement, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and feedback loops.
- Design agent operations, management, and governance, including Agent 365-related capabilities.
- Use AI-driven development and automate or optimize development processes with tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Own the design, implementation, and quality of assigned areas while supporting overall project optimization and delivery leadership.
- Support project advancement, issue resolution, design and code reviews, member development, and cross-team coordination.
- Work directly with customers on solution exploration, proposals, requirements definition, and consensus-building.
Requirements
- Experience equivalent to team lead, technical lead, or architect responsibilities.
- Development experience using Python and Git.
- Professional software engineering experience.
- Full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, cloud, data platforms, and security.
- Experience developing AI solutions such as RAG or AI agents.
- Experience equivalent to architecture design and standardization planning.
- Client-facing experience in requirements definition, proposals, or customer negotiations.
- Business-level Japanese language ability.
- Preferred qualifications include practical experience with the skills and technologies described in the responsibilities.
