Responsibilities
- RAGおよびAIエージェントを中心としたAgentic AIサービスの設計・実装を行う。
- AIアーキテクチャ、オーケストレーション、エージェント設計パターン、MCP・A2Aを活用したシステムを設計する。
- フロントエンド、バックエンド、クラウド、データ基盤、セキュリティを含むフルスタック開発とシステム統合を行う。
- AIサービスの評価、監視、追跡、ガードレール、Human in the Loop、フィードバックルー プ、Agent Opsおよびガバナンスを設計する。
- 設計・コードレビュー、課題解決、チーム横断調整、メンバー支援・育成を通じてプロジェクト成果を推進する。
- 顧客とのソリューション検討、提案、要件定義、顧客折衝、合意形成を行う。
Requirements
- チームリード、技術リード、アーキテクトのいずれかに相当する経験が必要。
- PythonおよびGitを使用した開発経験が必要。
- ソフトウェアエンジニアリング経験と、フロントエンド、バックエンド、クラウド、データ基盤、セキュリティを含むフルスタック開発経験が必要。
- RAGやAIエージェントなどのAIソリューション開発経験が必要。
- アーキテクチャ設計や標準化策定に相当する経験が必要。
- 要件定義、提案、顧客折衝などのClient Facing経験が必要。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力が必要。
- Microsoft Foundry、Amazon Bedrock、Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform、Agent 365など、記載された技術・経験の実務経験があれば歓迎。
