Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and iterate on machine learning models for aerial target detection and classification.
- Own the dataset pipeline, including data collection, labeling, and augmentation.
- Build and maintain training infrastructure for model development.
- Define metrics and evaluation methodologies for operational performance.
- Support deployment of models into production and analyze field data for improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping machine learning systems into production.
- Fluency in PyTorch or JAX, with experience in full training loop development.
- Strong software engineering skills beyond model development.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C++ or Rust.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
