Responsibilities
- Run recurring customer sessions to gather insights from operators and builders.
- Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations based on solution visions.
- Address design issues by providing actionable solutions based on user feedback.
- Utilize AI to build efficiently and reinvest time in customer engagement.
- QA your work against actual user behavior, not just technical functionality.
- Create reusable build patterns to extend impact beyond individual projects.
- Achieve full proficiency in the Airtable platform within 90 days.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
- Hands-on experience building complex systems with forms, automations, and integrations.
- Strong communication skills to engage with C-level sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify underlying customer needs and present trade-offs persuasively.
- Experience in managing both design and change management challenges.
- Proven collaborative skills with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
