Responsibilities

  • Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to identify the realities that shape system design and delivery.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business subject-matter experts.
  • Ability to identify underlying customer constraints, present trade-offs, and redirect customers toward effective solutions when needed.

  • Experience rapidly mastering a complex platform, with the ability to achieve advanced Airtable proficiency within 90 days.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive outcomes and maintain cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to use AI throughout designing, building, testing, and documenting delivery work while applying independent judgment.
