
Solution Architect - Channel and Alliances (Remote, AUS)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Alliance Managers to support mutual business growth with solution providers and managed service partners.
- Build trusted relationships with partner technical and sales teams and support CrowdStrike solution selling.
- Deliver technical enablement, training, demonstrations, deployment guidance, and support for active testing of CrowdStrike solutions.
- Help partners achieve technical independence through partner resources, demo tools, NFR environments, and POC/POV processes.
- Provide technical guidance on partner performance, accreditation, certification, testing methodologies, attacker techniques, and competitive developments.
- Support partners in identifying, qualifying, and leading joint opportunities, including presales guidance and resources.
- Lead technical demonstrations and hands-on sessions at conferences, lunch-and-learns, and other partner events.
- Use technology integrations and professional-services opportunities to create additional partner-led growth.
- Act as a liaison between partners and CrowdStrike Sales and SE teams throughout the deal cycle.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint security, cloud security architecture, incident response, computer forensics, SIEM, identity protection, zero trust, MDR/XDR, and data protection.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple engagements and adapt technical messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to travel to partner locations for events and business needs in accordance with local health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Preferred experience in consulting or sales engineering, particularly generating net-new business through channel partners and managed service providers.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with APIs or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS are preferred.
