Base Salary

$84k - $121k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery for third-party integrations, API requirements, and technical change requests by gathering requirements, assessing fit, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
  • Own integration solutions and technical processes through documentation, internal workflows, rollout, validation, and ongoing support.
  • Support clients, partners, and internal teams with SeatGeek APIs, platform behavior, credentials, configuration questions, and technically complex scenarios.
  • Manage access and provisioning workflows including Developer Portal documentation access, Ringside sandbox access, Ringside credentials, Native Access Control credentials, SDK credentials, and OAuth client provisioning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, blueprints, templates, onboarding materials, and process guides.
  • Review scripts, workarounds, technical gaps, red flags, and bespoke scenarios and provide recommended solutions, best practices, and sign-off where appropriate.
  • Help standardize and improve integration, onboarding, and technical support processes across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, architecture, or integration-focused role.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience leading meetings, gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts, and representing an organization with external partners.
  • Experience with APIs, technical authentication and credentialing workflows, and third-party system integrations.
  • Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation, process notes, or implementation guidance.
  • Ability to assess requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend paths forward for standard and bespoke use cases.
  • Experience working remotely and cross-functionally with geographically dispersed stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of ticketing technology and the platform or integration ecosystem supporting live event operations.
  • Industry expertise in sports and entertainment businesses.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
