Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
- Support partner initiatives involving cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation.
- Deliver or support end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, and partner enablement workshops.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner technical teams.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.
- Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new capabilities.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations.
- Strong technical grounding, business acumen, learning orientation, and ability to articulate Datadog value from technical teams to executives.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Current residency in the European Union.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD.
- Channel-partner technical experience and experience with cloud monitoring tools, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging are preferred.
