Base Salary
$197k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Client Executives to develop strategy, build pipeline, and close business.
- Build relationships with channel partners and partner solutions engineers and support joint selling efforts.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state goals.
- Architect and configure NetApp solutions across storage, hybrid cloud, and data protection environments.
- Manage multiple opportunities ranging from new-logo pursuits to strategic enterprise deals.
- Identify protect-and-expand and whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.
- Advise customers on AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services.
- Monitor industry trends and bring innovative ideas to customer engagements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers through complex sales cycles.
- Strong infrastructure and storage or storage-adjacent technology background.
- Deep knowledge of on-premises SAN, NAS, block, and file environments and their integration into broader architectures.
- Experience designing and configuring deployable solutions within customer environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and data protection or disaster recovery strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple deals across different stages, priorities, and customer types.
- Experience working with channel partners and aligning with partner solutions engineers.
- Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Strategic and tactical execution skills.
- Must be based in the Seattle metro area and able to support customers and partners in the territory.
