Responsibilities
- Map customer requirements to Camunda’s product portfolio and articulate quantitative and qualitative business value.
- Develop evaluation plans and demos, conduct product demonstrations and Q&A sessions, and organize presales engagements.
- Support RFI/RFP completion and create and maintain presales content and technical artifacts.
- Implement code snippets and answer customers’ technical questions during product evaluations.
- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to qualify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive product wins.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales, including sales cycles, value-based selling, stakeholder engagement, objection handling, and consultative deal closure.
- Strong programming fundamentals, modern software engineering practices, and common IT and system architecture knowledge.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English and German at C1/C2 or native proficiency; Hebrew is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and team collaboration.
- Preferred experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, robotic process automation, Agentic AI, value workshops, value engineering, or BFSI, telecommunications, or logistics.
