Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer deployments from architecture discussions through go-live and steady-state operation.
- Integrate the platform with customer identity, data, engineering, infrastructure, and model-serving systems.
- Work directly with customer IT, security, and platform teams on assessments, architecture reviews, and operational incidents.
- Diagnose production issues across both Neural Concept software and customer-controlled infrastructure.
- Create runbooks, post-mortems, and deployment playbooks and provide feedback to Product.
Requirements
- 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production, including 2 years in environments outside the candidate’s control.
- Configuration-depth Kubernetes expertise, including chart values, rendered manifests, and workload troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of OIDC, SAML, SSO, credential rotation, redirect URIs, and group-to-role mapping.
- Experience with Linux, networking, TLS, DNS, routing, ingress, egress, certificate chains, and interception proxies.
- Experience with Kubernetes persistent volumes, CSI, access modes, and shared-storage troubleshooting under load.
- A personally delivered and supported production deployment, with the ability to explain its timeline and problems.
- Professional customer-facing English, willingness to travel and work customer hours, and ITAR clearance.
- Valuable qualifications include regulated or air-gapped deployments, private registries, image mirroring, GPU scheduling, LLM serving, enterprise IdP administration, Terraform, GitOps, Prometheus, Grafana, HPC schedulers, ISO 27001 evidence, Python, and PLM, CAD, or CAE exposure.
