Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and escalation support to Sales and other departments for complex strategic opportunities.
- Architect custom Apple enterprise solutions spanning device management, endpoint security, identity management, and network security.
- Lead complex RFP responses and develop comprehensive solution proposals.
- Deliver technical presentations, executive workshops, internal training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Create reusable implementation templates, automation tools, workflows, and methodologies for enterprise deployments.
- Maintain strategic relationships with Apple, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Okta, and other complementary solution providers.
- Represent Jamf at industry events and contribute customer feedback and solution-gap analysis to product roadmaps.
- Support cross-platform integration, coexistence strategies, innovation initiatives, and special projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Apple device management, endpoint security, and/or network security.
- Experience in consultative sales, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales support.
- Advanced knowledge of Apple enterprise management, endpoint protection, identity management, and zero-trust network architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of Jamf products and solutions.
- Experience responding to RFPs and developing comprehensive solution proposals.
- Specialized expertise in at least two areas including endpoint security, identity and access management, zero-trust architectures, SIEM/SOAR integration, API development, automation frameworks, Infrastructure as Code, or emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Go, Python, PowerShell, bash, Terraform, Ansible, Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, Apple SDKs, and Xcode.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Jamf Certifications 300, 370, or 400 and relevant partner or security certifications are preferred.
- Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, solution innovation, and Apple enterprise community participation are preferred.
