Base Salary

$195k - $363k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical advisor during high-value customer implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
  • Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to improve time-to-value and customer success.
  • Conduct technical discovery, understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture, including appropriate API usage.
  • Advise customers through technical hurdles and complex configuration decisions without writing code directly.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS and accounting integration partners while advocating for integration development aligned with customer needs.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales support for integration use cases.
  • Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle Fusion and with finance and accounting workflows.
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and explaining those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and ownership skills.
  • Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment is ideal.
