Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of core systems from schema design to production.
- Proactively identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies within your domain.
- Design and build AI-powered features and integrations.
- Drive technical design for significant features and align teammates.
- Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews and feedback.
- Collaborate with product, design, pricing, and operations teams.
- Build and ship incrementally, deploying to production frequently.
- Ensure reliability and quality by implementing metrics and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep ownership instinct and accountability for outcomes.
- Full-stack fluency, capable of owning features from database to browser.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations in production systems.
- Strong agency and drive to identify and solve important problems.
- Technical rigor with a passion for well-structured code.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs.
- Proficiency in deploying and maintaining production services on AWS.
