Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize user-oriented operations products and SRE-oriented O&M products for cloud-native time-series databases.
- Build a cloud-native intelligent management platform covering cluster creation, configuration, high availability, disaster recovery, backup, auditing, and related lifecycle operations.
- Develop automated functional, performance, and stability testing frameworks for observability services.
- Drive quality engineering and service stability improvements for observability products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience in large-scale production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Go or Java and experience with microservice frameworks such as Gin, Kitex, or Spring.
- In-depth observability knowledge and familiarity with at least one of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Jaeger.
- Experience with server-side multithreading and high concurrency, along with strong coding practices including clean code and unit testing.
- Large-scale data experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL and relational database principles or O&M experience is preferred.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, Yarn, Mesos, or distributed consistency protocols such as Raft or Paxos is preferred.
