Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for assigned modules across multiple business processes.
- Create application solution designs under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Review and modify software code, resolve technical queries, and create consistent replication patterns.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
- Validate configurations, support application integration and deployment, and address technical dependencies.
- Prepare user training documents and related adoption frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in application modernization and mainframe development.
- Experience developing, reviewing, troubleshooting, and modifying module-level software code.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with project managers and technical stakeholders.
