Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Develop and maintain backend web applications and REST APIs using modern .NET and C#.
- Contribute to solution design, technical decisions, code quality, security, performance optimization, and application reliability.
- Work with microservice, enterprise integration, messaging, and queue-based architectures.
- Support production deployments and resolve complex software issues across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with software development teams and product managers within an existing product architecture and codebase.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on programming experience with modern .NET and C#.
- Experience developing and maintaining backend web applications and services, REST APIs, and software design patterns.
- Experience with microservice architecture, cloud-based application development, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with messaging or queue-based architectures, such as pub-sub, message brokers, or ESB-style integration.
- Proficiency with Git and distributed version control workflows involving branching, pull or merge requests, and CI integration.
- Experience with application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Understanding of application security and data protection practices.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and existing product architectures and codebases.
- 5–7 years of overall software development experience.
- At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications on AWS.
- Demonstrated ownership of technical deliverables and ability to resolve complex software issues.
