Responsibilities
- Define an area of ownership for the first 90 days and shape the role around personal strengths.
- Build production software hands-on and contribute directly to the platform.
- Take ownership across engineering, product, or business operations based on experience.
- Help build the platform and team serving the AI-enabled service economy.
Requirements
- Typically have 3 to 10 or more years of experience.
- Have experience founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, shipping a product with lasting team ownership, or running a service business.
- Have a record of hands-on production software development rather than a primarily management-focused career.
- Be interested in a full-time role rather than freelance or fractional CTO work.
