Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain databases and install database management systems.
- Develop procedures for database maintenance and problem resolution.
- Build custom Oracle AI solutions for Oracle Procurement Cloud scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.
- Implement end-to-end RAG and agent patterns covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and grounded generation with citations.
- Define evaluation and quality gates, including grounding checks, regression tests, and red-team prompts, and integrate them into CI/CD.
- Engineer secure production deployments with OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging.
- Operate AI systems in production using SLOs, monitoring, incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.
- Apply Oracle data integration, governance, PII classification, access control, lineage, prompt and version control, evaluation harnesses, and FinOps cost controls.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Experience with OCI Generative AI, OCI Data Science foundations, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Strong Oracle data integration and governance skills, including PII classification, access control, and lineage.
- Ability to take proofs of concept into production with governance and reliability.
- Experience with LLMOps, including prompt and version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls.
