Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance the Moveworks AI Assistant and chatbot for HR processes.
- Support and maintain integrations with ServiceNow, Workday, and other HR applications.
- Configure Moveworks paths, conversations, plugins, skills, and platform features.
- Analyze chatbot interaction data and assist with updating AI Assistant skills.
- Troubleshoot Moveworks technical issues and coordinate with Moveworks support.
- Deliver enhancements from concept through deployment and participate in unit, system, and integration testing.
- Document technical configurations, system changes, and enhancement activities.
- Provide technical support and end-user guidance to HR stakeholders.
- Stay informed about Moveworks updates, features, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of relevant technical experience.
- Experience supporting or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Basic experience with integrations and APIs.
- Experience supporting AI assistants, chatbots, or similar automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee self-service.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams in a structured environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Pune, India.
- Preferred experience configuring chatbot conversations, skills, or workflows using Moveworks or similar platforms.
- Preferred exposure to ServiceNow and/or Workday integrations.
- Preferred ability to manage multiple tasks and follow defined development standards.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
