Base Salary
$120k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand customers' business needs and technology to provide value throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Onboard customers and deliver necessary customizations.
- Present concise and powerful value propositions to customer leadership.
- Identify missing product features and surface new requirements.
- Collaborate with peers on new testing techniques and expand capabilities with open-source technology.
- Resolve high-priority bugs and present results to customer teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated initiative and grit in solving difficult technical problems.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- Experience as a technical consultant, software/quality engineer, or solutions engineer/architect.
- Comfortable communicating with customers' engineers and leadership.
- Able to write and debug code.
- Experience with testing/quality assurance, object-oriented programming, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like bash/shell, Python, or JavaScript.
- Willing to work on-site five days a week and travel up to 20% of working days.
