Responsibilities
- Drive the technical discovery process and deliver insightful presentations.
- Develop comprehensive solutions that align with business and technical needs.
- Craft and maintain critical customer artifacts like architecture documents and integration plans.
- Assist in answering RFI/RFP responses and constructing SOWs.
- Guide customer conversations with technical insights.
- Facilitate discussions on data governance and strategic data use.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain product knowledge.
- Participate in solution engineering community groups for continuous development.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in solution engineering or similar technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS, platform migrations, and web technologies.
- Proficiency in iPaaS frameworks and various e-commerce and customer service technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and a mindset for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
