Responsibilities

Design and execute platform-level software projects from conception through launch.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs for portal experiences.
Create reusable frontend libraries, design systems, and developer tooling.
Manage infrastructure concerns, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and quality standards.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
Mentor junior team members and help accelerate their development.

6+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture.
Strong backend proficiency in Python (Django) or TypeScript.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction.
Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
Strong communication skills in distributed environments.
Proven ability to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
Strong fundamentals in computer science and performance optimization.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
