Responsibilities
- Lead the development of full-stack web applications as part of a cross-functional team.
- Act as a trusted technical decision-maker, balancing short-term and long-term business value.
- Coach and mentor other engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Architect and deploy integration applications with health-tech systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to influence company-wide initiatives.
- Solve complex problems that impact the broader business.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
- 6+ years of experience with CSS/HTML/JavaScript and modern frameworks.
- 6+ years of experience in a technical decision-making role.
- 4+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
- Experience with health-tech systems like EHRs/EMRs.
- Experience in building chromium-based apps and pluggable UIs.
- Windows app development experience using C# is a plus.
