Responsibilities
- Co-lead the design and development of software infrastructure for scalability and performance.
- Oversee the integration of complex React-based front-ends with backend services.
- Serve as a developer leader in distributed systems and data technologies.
- Drive technical innovation and research in emerging data technologies.
- Mentor and elevate a team of high-performing engineers through code reviews and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Adapt to the evolving JavaScript ecosystem to maximize engineering efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with full-stack development using JavaScript, Typescript, or React.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex data projects at scale.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
