Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features in Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web.
- Translate product requirements into production-ready UI/UX flows, reusable widgets, and clean architecture.
- Implement state management, data fetching, API integrations, error handling, and caching.
- Own application performance and reliability through profiling, optimization, testing, and safe rollouts.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA on feature delivery.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews and CI/CD practices.
- Monitor application health with Firebase Crashlytics, Performance, and Analytics tools.
- Expand the Flutter Design System, including component libraries and theming.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing production-scale applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Demonstrated success delivering features across Android, iOS, and Web.
- Strong knowledge of state management patterns such as Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, and Provider.
- Experience integrating APIs with Dio, Retrofit, or http, including robust error handling and caching.
- Strong UI/UX implementation skills covering responsive layouts, animations, accessibility, and theming.
- Awareness of CI/CD and release workflows, including GitHub Actions, multi-flavor builds, and environment configurations.
- Knowledge of Firebase services including Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Performance, Analytics, and Remote Config.
- Competence with Flutter DevTools for performance, memory, and network debugging.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional partners.
- Experience with React Native, React, Next.js, and Android native Kotlin is a strong plus.
- Experience maintaining a Flutter Design System and knowledge of Flutter Web deployment nuances are preferred.
- Comfort using AI-driven tooling such as assistants, auto-tests, and code suggestions is preferred.
