Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI).
- Develop AI-powered workflows using Automation Engine and Predictive Intelligence.
- Integrate external AI/ML services and support AI governance and model quality processes.
- Develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, and custom applications.
- Build UI components, Service Portal features, and widgets.
- Work across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and support upgrades and environment consistency.
- Use strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills while working in agile teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer across ITSM, CSM, custom application development, integrations, and platform engineering.
- Strong exposure to Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer, and workflow expertise.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integration testing using Postman and SOAP UI.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
- ServiceNow CAD certification and micro-certifications in AI, Integration, and Flow Designer are preferred.
