Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy business software at scale for telecom customers worldwide.
Deploy and maintain solutions across Kubernetes, K3S, OpenStack, Proxmox, bare-metal, and other infrastructure environments.
Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options against requirements.
Develop and maintain Helm charts and Dockerfiles.
Design systems supporting high availability and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with product and development teams on training, knowledge transfer, and subject-matter expertise.
Maintain CI/CD environments and develop tests using a TDD approach.
Document microservices-based system architectures and transition them to implementation teams.

Bachelor's degree.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience using and administering Kubernetes and Docker, including Kubernetes or K3S deployment.
Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD or FluxCD.
Software development knowledge in Python or Bash; Go and Java are advantageous.
Strong Linux administration skills, including network configuration, users, permissions, and debugging.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Experience maintaining CI/CD environments using Atlassian Bamboo, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Actions.
Experience with the Behave testing framework.
Bonus: experience with application modernization, cloud migration, AWS, Azure, GCP, logging, monitoring, telemetry, DevSecOps tools, GenAI tools, and architecture documentation.

Remote position requiring the candidate to be based in Spain, ideally commutable to Barcelona or Madrid.
