Responsibilities

- Participate in operations for search, including on-call duties.
- Collaborate with a fully remote team, with flexible work options.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the search system.
- Share expertise on distributed systems with the team.
- Identify and resolve high-impact issues in collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
- Experience working with large datasets and high traffic environments.
- Commitment to high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Experience in high-growth companies with $50-200M ARR.
