Base Salary
$135k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality automation for Starlink's customer base.
- Create alerts and monitoring for current automation systems.
- Manage requests and stakeholders in a scalable manner.
- Own the status of automation, reporting on health and metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for website-integrated automation.
- Design measurable and well-scoped experiments.
- Write and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Engage with leadership on automation performance and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or a STEM discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, software, data analytics, or operations at a technology company.
- 4+ years of experience with Python.
- Master's degree in Business or STEM field is preferred.
- Expertise in SQL and Python is preferred.
- Understanding of database structures and ETL development is preferred.
- Experience with automation tools like VBA, Python, or C# is preferred.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills are preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
