Base Salary

$105k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate administrative and repetitive commercial-operations workflows.
Identify automation opportunities by mapping processes with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Develop AI and automation solutions using LLMs, workflow automation tools, RESTful APIs, Python scripting, MCP servers, and third-party integrations.
Prototype, iterate, and ship deployed tools quickly with minimal overhead.
Act as the technical point of contact for commercial and PMO teams and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation for tools, workflows, and integrations.
Monitor deployed solutions and improve their reliability, performance, and adoption.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
At least two years of hands-on software development experience, including internships, co-ops, or personal projects with deployed real-world applications.
Hands-on experience configuring and prompting AI/LLM tools from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic, including successfully shipping a product or feature using Claude Code.
Comfort working with RESTful APIs, MCP servers, and third-party service integrations.
Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, including writing scripts, building lightweight automations, and debugging independently.
Understanding of prompt-engineering best practices.
Strong curiosity, initiative, communication, adaptability, and comfort working across business and engineering functions.
Based in or able to work effectively within Eastern Time (EST).
