Base Salary

$140k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead technical execution and delivery of Information Solutions projects while maintaining schedules, quality, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
Interface with clients to define and manage scope on complex projects.
Architect and implement MES, data collection, reporting, analytics, IIoT, and custom software solutions.
Plan project timelines and coordinate with Project Managers to support successful execution.
Apply firm-wide standards and procedures and participate in councils overseeing those standards.
Provide technical leadership to newer professionals and help grow the group's technical capabilities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts and travel as needed for project requirements.

At least 6 years of experience developing and delivering software solutions for consumer products, life sciences, and/or industrial industries.
Experience architecting and implementing MES and data collection/reporting systems across various platforms.
Strong preference for experience with Ignition, Sepasoft, or custom MES/database development.
Strong record of successful client interface and effective communication with management, clients, and vendors.
Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, and Java is a plus.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git version control, or Figma is a plus.
Prior system integration experience is a plus.
Minimum B.S. in an engineering field is preferred; other computer or software degrees may be considered based on actual experience.
Ability and willingness to travel as required for installations, startups, meetings, training, seminars, forums, and conventions.

Approximate base pay range of $140k-$160k.
Work with client teams across the company’s US offices and multiple manufacturing industry sectors.
Travel may be required for project installations, startups, client meetings, training, and industry events.
