Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities and lead technical discovery, architecture conversations, demos, proofs of concept, and pilot implementations.
- Lead customer implementations, integrations, deployment architectures, production rollouts, and troubleshooting across customer environments.
- Advise engineering, platform, security, and AI teams on technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation tradeoffs.
- Write production-quality code, build internal tooling and deployment accelerators, and create reference implementations and demos when needed.
- Identify patterns across customer deployments, influence product roadmap and prioritization, and create reusable deployment patterns, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building or deploying APIs, developer platforms, infrastructure products, or security systems.
- Experience working directly with customers in technical environments and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to move between coding, architecture discussions, customer conversations, and product strategy while navigating ambiguity.
- Preferred experience with AI agents, MCP, LLM applications, identity and access management, security, governance, compliance, enterprise software deployments, or startup and founding teams.
