Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent agents with perception, reasoning, planning, and action-execution modules.
- Develop scalable, reliable, secure architectures for agentic AI systems.
- Integrate LLMs, reinforcement learning, predictive models, and other machine learning models into agent systems.
- Build agents that automate complex tasks, optimize workflows, and solve real-world problems.
- Use and contribute to agentic AI frameworks and development tools.
- Create evaluation metrics and strategies and continuously optimize agent performance.
- Research advances in autonomous and agent-based AI and propose innovative solutions.
- Design and implement APIs for AI services and integrate agentic solutions into broader products and services.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.
- Create technical documentation for agent designs, implementations, and operational procedures.
- Assess and manage business, regulatory, compliance, conduct, and control risks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience focused on AI, machine learning, or agent-based systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; Java experience is a plus.
- Understanding of knowledge representation, automated planning, decision-making under uncertainty, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and libraries such as Scikit-Learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Familiarity with LLMs and their use in agentic systems.
- Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAG, or research in multi-agent reinforcement learning.
- Experience with software development practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code reviews.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Finance-industry experience is a plus.

- Base salary range of $142,320.00 to $213,480.00 per year.
