Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce solutions for Sales and Marketing Automation that meet product requirements, business priorities, enterprise standards, non-functional requirements, and fitness functions.
- Maintain the Salesforce Platform vision, roadmap, current landscape, and architecture throughout the product life cycle.
- Assess initiative impacts and dependencies across capabilities, risk, application landscapes, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Create conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, ontologies, reference architectures, patterns, and Architecture Decision Records.
- Provide technical oversight, guidance, consultation, and mentoring to product teams and architecture practices.
- Evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of new technologies while improving solutions, managing technical debt, and enhancing business processes.
- Build stakeholder consensus and communicate complex technical and platform information clearly.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based solutions within the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience maintaining technical visions and roadmaps and assessing impacts on risk, applications, and platform landscapes.
- General and in-depth Salesforce knowledge, including API- and MCP-driven integrations.
- Proficiency creating conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, and ontologies.
- Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, non-functional requirements, and fitness functions.
- Advanced ability to evaluate technology trends and assess feasibility and platform impact.
- Experience defining and maintaining enterprise cloud platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Life Science Cloud; Salesforce architecture certifications are a plus.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder-management skills, including consensus-building.
- Understanding of Life Science and Diagnostics CRM processes, especially Sales, and applicable GxP and ICFR compliance requirements.
- Ability to balance global platform consistency with stream-aligned requirements.
Benefits
- Expected base salary for the Warsaw Grafit location is PLN 170,100.00–315,900.00 per year.
- Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15%, subject to individual and company performance.
